The first blog post of 2012!
Another tradition we celebrate is after we watch It's A Wonderful Life, Charlie reads Twas the Night Before Christmas. I told the kids we did not have to do it this year but they all objected. Got to love traditions!

The scene. We pull out the sofa bed so Vinny can sleep upstairs. Mitchell slept on the extra bed in Patrick's room. That way they can all come downstairs together.

Santa left this HUGE bag hanging from our ceiling fan. Stop by tomorrow to find out what was inside! I hope you all had a fun and safe New Years!
That tradition started with us as little kids and Dad reading to us from the old and tattered cloth-type book. Wouldn't it be nice to have that same book to use on Christmas Eve?
