This Thanksgiving saw Patrick leave us for lunch and dinner. He and Maddy first went to Maddy's mother's for lunch, our house for linner and Maddy's Grandmother's house for dinner. I was so proud of myself, I did not shed one tear. I took some photos of them all dressed up for their first holiday meal together.

It is a promise ring. He had the inside engraved with their initials and a loving sentiment. He promised her the next ring from him would have a diamond. He also promised to always be true, faithful and kind. So romantic. I could not ask for a better future daughter in law.
Cannot type anymore, the tears are blurring my vision.
Hard to believe that cute little fellow who was scamming money at your wedding is all grown up!
